Inquiries and confirmations
An inquiry is not a reservation or a transportation guarantee. Service, vehicle, itinerary, price and provider must be confirmed in writing. No payments are collected on this website.
Transportation arrangements
Passenger transportation must be supplied under appropriate operating authority. Where a qualified third-party transportation provider is used, its identity and applicable service terms must be confirmed before booking.

Booking terms
Cancellation, wait time, changes, fees, payment, refunds and provider responsibilities require a separate approved booking agreement. These terms do not establish those policies.
